Welcome Little Miss Croghan Blog Hop and STAMPloratiosn Inspiration!

Today's post is special because I get to be a part of very sweet hop "Welcome Little Miss Croghan Blog Hop", this hop is organized by awesome Lori of Caffeinated Creativity to welcome Lesley Croghan's first baby, a little girl. Just last year I became a mother for the first time and I am so excited to Lesley :) I have been fortunate to have worked in one of the Lesley's challenge Blog Fusion Card Challenge, she is so awesome :)

To make this card, I diecut a rectangular stitched panel from kraft card stock. I heat embossed the carriage in white embossing powder, pencil colored it with some grey and fuzzy cut it. I also diecut some flowers using a pink patterned paper. To finish the card I assembled it all together and added some white sequins. I have used Heaven Sent , Trendy Spring Blooms diesCrazy Double Running stitch Rectangles nesting Dies and Prisma Color Pencils :)

Cupcake Inspirations 400th Challenge!

We all have played at Cupcake Inspiration challenges and now its all the more reason for us to play along with them as they are celebrating there 400th Challenge Yay! Huge congratulations to the team :) I am participating in the festivities as a Guest designer representing STAMPlorations which is also one of the sponsors there :)

So the challenge is to make a birthday card using a past Cupcake Inspiration Challenge of your choice. You can check out all the past inspiration images HERE. I was inspired by the Challenge #75 for my card.

The colorful confetti was incorporated as colorful party supplies on my card :)

To make this card, I stamped the images and colored them with Prisma Color pencils. I diecut the sentiment and also stamped the rest of the sentiment to make my focal point. To finish I added some Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh :) I have used Party Mates, Kathryn's Big wishes, Smile Word die and Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting dies

Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and STAMPlorations 2017

Yep! It's time for yet another Coffee Lovers Hop :) I am sure you know what it is, if not then do check the Coffee Loving Card Makers Blog for a load of information on the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop for 2017. This event was master minded by the awesome Amy Tsuruta and it has been such a huge success :)

Today I am joining this awesome hop along with STAMPlorations and my teamies showcasing some of the new Coffee related products :) I am a little extra happy coz we are also showcasing one of my newest set Rise and Grind and a phrase die to go with it :)

Let me show you the cards I created with my set...
This card is simple focusing mainly on the image. I did some noline coloring using my Prisma Color Pencils for this one. The sentiment is a phrase die It's a brew-tiful day

For this card I did my favorite water coloring usinf Gansai Tambi Watercolors. I heat embossed the image in gold and to add interest I did some damask stamping in gold and tone on tone :) I have used the Distressed Damask Background for this one :)

Let me show you my third Inspiration card for March 2017...
This is a very simple card but I like it :) To make this card, I die cut a rectangular panel from white card stock used a fine tip Sharpie black marker and scale to draw a grid, the lines were purposely not drawn straight :). I then stamped and fuzzy cut the floral images to form my bouquet. To add more interest I layered each piece at angles :)  I have used Frames and Flowers stamp set, Crazy Double running Stitch rectangle dies

To make this card, I stamped the butterflies on the card base in green ink. on another diecut panel I stamped the buttercup in a light ink to do some no line pencil coloring. To add some interest I stamped some wire mesh pattern along the edges :) I have used Buttercups and Butterflies stamp set, Scribbly Splattery Grunge Stamp set. Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle nesting dies and Prisma Color Pencils :)

STAMPlorations Spotlight - One stamp. three ways!

Hello friends! I am up with a spotlight project over at the STAMPlorations blog. This is my 49th spotlight feature and I hope I will be able to inspire you. This one focuses using one stamp in three different ways to make subtle changes in the background.

Let me show you my first Inspiration card for  March 2017...

I had so much fun making this card :) To make this card, I made a few masks and did stamping using white ink on black diecut panel.  Then I colored this with pencils and did some doodling of the floral center with a white gel pen :) I have used Folk Flowers stamp set, City Girl Stamp set for sentiment and vase from Just Because stamp set. Coloring was done with Prisma Color Pencils

CUTplorations March 2017 Challenge

I am here with "CUTplorations challenge" for the month of March :) I hope you will play along with us.All you have to do is create a project based on the inspiration photo and using die cut(s). You must use at least one STAMPlorations/CUTplorations product (there's always the free digi stamp from the Never Ending Challenge). Then link up to the gallery which will be open until 11:55 PM PST on the last day of the month. You must also share the challenge graphic and link to the CUTplorations post in your blog posts.

There are prizes to be won... a $10 gift certificate to the winner voted by the Inspiration team and $5 gift certificate each to the 2 top picks. If there are 30 or more entries: 1 random winner will get any 2 CUTplorations word/phrase dies used by the DT) 

This months Photo is floral prints and I guess we all love all things floral :), let's see how you will interpret it! I had so much fun with this new challenge.
Here is the card, I created inspired by the outfit in the center, if u look closely this is what u see :)

On a die cut watercolor paper rectangle, I stamped my images using distress inks. Then I water colored it. I have used You & me phrase DieCrazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies and The Birds and The Blooms, Blossom Overture and Gansai Tambi Water Colors for coloring :)

I got sometime to play :)

Hello friends! I finally got sometime to get crafty, just for fun :) I was inspired by a few challenges in the making of this card. You know I love watercolors, so this card is no different but I am particularly proud as I was able to make what I wanted :D
So here's my card...
Some die cutting and water coloring and that's it :) I have used Stitched Spring Landscape die, Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting dies for the frame and Noteworthy for the sentiment. For water coloring I used Gansai Tambi Watercolors :)
